The Death has occurred of Christopher Murphy, Carraigin Castle, Clydagh, Headford, Co. Galway and Leinster Road, Rathmines, Dublin. It is with great sadness that we inform you of the death of Christopher John Desmond Murphy, 15th March 2026.

1925 – 2026

Deeply missed by his beloved wife Annemarie, children Fiona, Anthony, Robert, Oona, Isabella and Christoph, grandchildren Kitty, Misha, Sasha, Molly, William, Eleanor, Doone, Willow, Minnie, Pearl and Orlando, sons- in- law and daughters- in- law, his brothers -in-law, sister-in- law, , Eleven great-grandchildren, as well as nephews, nieces, relatives, many friends and neighbours.

Prayers at Saint Mary’s Church of Ireland, Cong, Co. Mayo on Easter Sunday, 5th April 2026, at 6pm and reposing till 7pm. Funeral service in Saint Mary’s Church of Ireland, Cong on Easter Monday at 12 noon, a private cremation service will take place at a later date.
