Peacefully in the loving care of staff of Milford Hospice surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents Phil and Margaret and brother Johnny.
Survived by his partner Mairead, daughter Tara, sisters Alice, Mary, Fiona & Rhoda, brothers Philip, Jason and Brian, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, Mairead's son Hugh and wife Kathryn, large circle of friends and his beloved dog Mae,

Reposing this Thursday evening 25th of September at Philips residence Gotoon, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick (V35 E430) at 4pm. Arriving to Shannon Crematorium on Friday 26th of September for 1pm.
