(Suddenly, at his residence). Predeceased by his beloved wife Ann (née Ruane). He will be sadly missed by his loving daughter Fiona, son Ronan, daughter-in-law Suzanne, brothers Timothy and Freddie, sisters Philomena Toner (Letterkenny), Ann McGahey (Drogheda) and Mary Diviney (Corrandulla), sisters-in-law Rose Hurley (Lucan), and Mary Caulfield (Craughwell), brothers-in-law Maurice Ruane (Ennis), Pascal and Jim, nephews, grandnephews, nieces and grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Christy will repose at his home on Monday August 26th from 4:00pm until 9:00pm and again on Tuesday August 27th from 4:00pm until 9:00pm. Funeral cortege will arrive at the Church of the Assumption, Athenry (H65 PV27), on Wednesday for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Mass will be streamed live on the following link https://churchmedia.tv/st-marys-parish-1 and on local radio 106.5 f/m. Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery, Athenry.
