Christy Delea
DELEA (Redemption Road, Cork): On January 8th , 2025, after a short illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family at Cork University Hospital, CHRISTY, devoted husband of Nell and adored dad of Maria, father-in-law of Kevin, besotted granda (ga-ga) of Noah, Luka and Layla, brother of Noel, Tim, Ann, Georgie, Anthony and Brian, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunts, uncle, nephews and nieces.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Reposing at the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Friday (January 10th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 10.00am on Saturday (January 11th) in the Cathedral of St. Mary and St. Anne (North Cathedral) which will be live streamed
Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
