The death has occurred of
Christy FITZGERALD
(Mac Gearailt Críostóir). Formerly of CIE. After a short illness in the loving care of his family and the staff of the Mater Hospital. Beloved husband of Theresa and loving father of Ciarán, Colum, Niall, Dara and Ronán. Sadly missed by all his extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing on Wednesday evening, Sept. 28th, from 5pm to 7pm at Rom Massey & Sons Funeral Home, the Civic Centre, Ballymun Road (next to Garda Station). A cremation service to celebrate Christy’s life will take place at 2.30pm on Thursday afternoon, Sept. 29th, in Glasnevin Crematorium Chapel, Glasnevin Cemetery. No flowers please. Donations in lieu to the Mater Hospital Foundation, 54 Eccles Street, Dublin 7 or at www.materfoundation.ie. House private.
