Formerly of Almondstown, Clogherhead, peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved son of the late Dessie Gargan and brother of the late Breda Egan. Loving father of Maria and Christopher, husband of Angela. Sadly missed by his loving children, wife, son-in-law Cormac, grandchildren Anna, Robyn and Will Christopher, mother Veronica, brothers Gerard, Desmond and Jim, sisters Rita, Joan, Frances and Helen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at the home of his daughter Maria, Strand Road Termonfeckin (A92 NXE3) from 12 noon until 8pm on Wednesday. Removal on Thursday to The Church of The Immaculate Conception, Termonfeckin, arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am, and thereafter to St. Denis' Cemetery, Clogherhead, travelling via Almondstown and Clogherhead Pier.
