The death has occurred of Christy Garrett. Ballina Rd., Crossmolina, Co. Mayo. and formerly Rakestreet, Crossmolina, peacefully at Mayo University Hospital on March 03rd, 2025 in the loving arms of his family. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Lilly, brother Mickey and niece Aisling. Dearly beloved husband and best friend of Mary. Devoted and loving father of Marie, Trish, Sheila and John. Proud grandfather of John, Liam, Lisa, Conor, Fionán & Daithí, and father-in-law of John, Culan and Karen. Cherished brother of John & Noel and sisters Rosemary, Lilly and Carmel. Deeply missed by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and his large circle of friends.
Reposing at Hiney's Funeral Home, Crossmolina (F26 DH95) this Wednesday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon in St Tiernan's Church, Crossmolina with burial afterwards in Crossmolina Cemetery. Mass can be viewed on www.churchtv.ie/crossmolina
