Christy LUCEY

LUCEY, Christy, late of Dundrum, Dublin, and formerly of Ballyvourney, West Cork, passed away peacefully, after a long illness bravely borne, on the 27th of September 2025, surrounded by his loving family in the loving care of the wonderful staff at Cairnhill Nursing Home, Bray, Co. Wicklow. Christy, beloved husband of the late Mary, and loving father of Siobhan, Fiona, Sean and the late Vincent. He will be sadly missed by his loving children, cherished grandchildren Lauren, Niall, Dylan, Chloe, Daniel, Madison, Jessica, Sophia and Zack, sons-in-law Joe and Damian, daughter-in-law Gina, and all his extended family, friends and neighbours in Lynwood.

Christy will be reposing at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, on Monday (September 29th) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Tuesday morning (September 30th) to the Holy Cross Church, Main Street, Dundrum, arriving for 10.30am Mass, followed by burial in Mt. Venus Cemetery, Rockbrook, Rathfarnham.
