The death has occurred of Christy Meehan (McCormack), Reask Crescent, Navan, Co. Meath and late of Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan. August 8th 2020; peacefully, at James Connolly Memorial Hospital. Christy, beloved husband of Rita and loving father of Christopher, Dermot, Aidan and Gerry. Sadly missed by his family, grandchildren Conor, Layle and Teagan; brothers John and Vincent; sister Veronica; daughter-in-law Valerie; brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, Toby and friends.
May Christy Rest in Peace
Reposing at his residence on Tuesday from 4pm until 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to St. Mary's Church, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10.30am. Burial afterwards in St. Finian's Cemetery.
Due to government guidelines and HSE recommendations, for those who cannot attend the Funeral Mass on Wednesday, it may be viewed on www.navanparish.ie/webcam. Those who wish to offer condolences to the family members may do so in the condolence book below.
