Christy Murphy

Lower Cork Street, Macroom, Co. Cork and formerly of The Inland Fisheries Trust. Peacefully, on February 28th 2024, in the presence of his family and wonderful care of the staff of Mallow General Hospital after a short illness. Christy will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken family, his wife Eileen (nee Lehane), sons Patrick, John, Chris and David, daughters Catherine, Nancy and Colette and their families, brothers, sisters, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Reception into to St Colman’s Church, Macroom, (P12VP20) this Thursday evening, February 29th, at 7.00pm reposing until 8.00pm. Requiem Mass on Friday, 1st March, at 2.30pm, which can be viewed live on www.churchservices.tv/macroom followed by burial afterwards in St Colman’s Cemetery, Macroom.
