Christy O'Connor

Christy O'Connor, Knockroone, Headford, Co. Galway and formerly of St. Mary's Road, Headford (Ret. Staff of Joyces Hardware), 25th August 2021, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his beloved wife Joan. He will be greatly missed by his daughter Frances, son David, daughter-in-law Helen, grandchildren Grace, Maeve and Ruth, sister Mary Joyce, brothers Charlie, Frank, Marty and Brendan, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends. Christy is also predeceased by his brother John Joe and his wife Margaret, brother Fursey and brother-in-law Kevin Joyce.

Christy will leave his home on Saturday afternoon to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Headford, for Requiem Mass at 3.30pm. Funeral afterwards to Donaghpatrick Cemetery.
