Christy Roche
ROCHE (Cork) On 11th February 2026, unexpectedly, but peacefully, in the presence of his loving family at the Mercy University Hospital, CHRISTY, Farranferris and late of Marina Oil and Mayfield GAA Club. Dearly beloved husband of the late Rita (nee Forrest), much loved dad of Maria (Corcoran), Maurice and Sandra (Curtin), father-in-law of the late Eddie and brother of the late Dan.
Sadly missed by his loving family, grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughter-in-law Rosarie, son-in-law Tony, Maria’s partner Conor, dearest brother of Mossie and Mary, brother-in-law Andrew, sister-in-law Dolores, nephews, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Saturday (14th February) at 11.00am, family in attendance from 5.30pm with Rosary at 6.30pm. The family acknowledge the care given to Christy from Dr. Eoin Monahan, Medi Group and the Mercy University Hospital.
