The death has occurred of
Christy Whelan
Late of Shangan, Butlerstown and former employee of CIE. Christy passed away suddenly on Saturday. Sadly missed by his son Pierse, daughters Helena and Ann, his adoring granddaughters Ciara and Tara, brothers Michael and Johnny, sisters Terry, Maureen, Peggy, Pauline and Nuala, son-in-law Tom, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing on Tuesday at Donnacha Doyle & Son’s Funeral Home, Grannagh, Kilmacow from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Arriving on Wednesday at The Sacred Heart Church, The Folly, Waterford for requiem mass at 1:30pm. Burial after in Butlerstown Cemetery.
