The death has occurred of Cian O'Brien (Cappagh, Kinsale) who passed away unexpectedly at home on January 15th 2026.
Sadly missed by his beloved daughters Fiadh and Caoimhe and their mother Sophie. Beloved son of Tim and Nora and brother of Louise, Rachel, Rebecca and Andrew. Remembered by his brothers-in-law Ian, Gary and Kevin, nieces and nephews Pippa, Noah, Liam, Luke, Jack and May, many cousins and friends.
Cian will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Kinsale (eircode P17WC61) on Sunday from 4pm followed by prayers at 6pm. (Parking is available in Supervalu Car Park by kind permission - max 2 hours).
Requiem Mass on Monday at 2pm in St. John the Baptist Church, Kinsale which will be live-streamed on www.churchservices.tv/kinsale after which Cian will be laid to rest in St. Eltin's Cemetery, Kinsale.
