Claire Connolly

Claire died on Monday 7 August, 2023 after an illness bravely borne, with her dearly loved family by her side. She was a lady who made such a difference to all those she interacted with daily. Her care for others knew no bounds. Deeply loved and mourned by her parents Paddy and Teresa (née Daly), cherished brothers Padraic and Ken and their families, sisters-in-law Madelynn and Janet, nephew and nieces John, Caoimhe, Aoife, Aisling, Abbi, Robyn and Lucy. Sadly missed by uncle Vincent and his wife Mai, uncle Brian and his wife Carmel and auntie Margaret Connolly, uncle John and his wife Marie Daly, the extended family, wonderful neighbours and friends.

 

Reposing at the ‘Cillin’ within the Church of Mary Immaculate Queen, Barna (H91 A2T7) on Thursday, 10 August, 2023 from 5.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Claire on Friday, 11 August at 12 noon and following Mass she will be laid to rest in Furbo cemetery.

 

Kindness has gracious eyes;

It is not small-minded or competitive;

It wants nothing back for itself.

May Claire's kind and selfless soul be truly rewarded

and may she rest in eternal peace.
