Claire, passed away peacefully in Wexford General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Peg and Tom Smith, her brother Malcolm and John Delaney. Sadly missed by her loving sons and daughters Jackie, Niall, Gina, Paul and Christina, grandchildren Christopher, Megan, Ethan and Liam, brothers and sisters Peter, Ann, George, Declan, David, Caroline, Niall and Edel, son-in-law Michael, brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Cooney's Funeral Home, New Ross, on Tuesday from 4pm concluding at 7pm and Reposing at Keegan's Funeral Home, Portlaoise, on Wednesday, September 6th, from 5.30pm concluding at 7pm for extended family and close friends.

Removal on Thursday, September 7th, to arrive at SS Peter and Paul's Parish Church, Portlaoise for requiem mass at 12noon, followed by burial afterwards in SS Peter and Paul's Cemetery, Portlaoise.
