James (Jim) CLERKIN

The death has occurred of retired Garda Jim Clerkin, Lemineagh, Carlingford and formerly Tonycoogan, Emyvale, Co. Monaghan, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Jimmy and Lily, brother Oliver and infant brother Jim. Very deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, sons Jonathan and Emmett and daughter Trina, daughters-in-law Eimear and Sharon and also Eddie, grandchildren Derbhla, Nancy, Danny, Frankie, Cohan and Cobi, brothers Sean, Eugene and Brian, sisters Carmel, Mary and Bernadette, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, his aunt Bridget and her husband Francie and all his nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his residence (Eircode A91 YX58) on Monday from 12 noon until 10.00pm for friends and neighbours to call. Removal on Tuesday morning at 10.30am to St. Jame's Church, Grange arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.00am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
