Colm Mathews

The death has occurred, in his 99th year, of Colm Mathews, Mooremount, Dunleer and late of Seatown Gardens, Dundalk, peacefully at home. Colm, beloved husband of Eileen (née Byrne) and loving father of Paula (Kelleher), Valerie (Mullen) and Ursula (Mathews). Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Elizabeth, brothers Dick, Tom, Brendan, Fintan and Leo and sisters Bernadette and Eithne. Deeply regretted by his wife, daughters, sons-in-law Darren, John and Philip, grandchildren Eoin, Dáire, Páraic and Fionn, brother Desmond, sister Sr. Malachy FMSA and a wide circle of relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Colm Rest in Peace

Colm will repose at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer (A92 V38H) on Friday from 4pm until 6.30pm, followed by removal to St Brigid’s Church, Dunleer for Evening Prayers at 7pm.
