COLM O'BRIEN

O' Brien (Grange, Douglas, Cork and formerly of Malahide, Co. Dublin) On April 5th 2026, peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the exceptional care of the staff at Cork University Hospital, Colm, beloved husband of Olive (née Ryan), loving father of Orla, Niamh and Ciarán and dear brother of the late Margaret, Declan and Vincent. Sadly missed by his loving family, grandchildren Aisling, Róisín and Darragh, son-in-law John, Niamh's partner Donal, Ciarán's partner Mary, brother Seán, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and all his friends especially his friends on the Isle of Lewis and the Men's Shed in Passage West.

Reposing at Sullivan's Funeral Home, Turners Cross on Wednesday April 8th from 5.00pm until 6.00pm.

Funeral service at 2.00pm on Thursday April 9th at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy which will be live streamed HERE.

Colm's family would like to express their gratitude to the Oncology Services in C.U.H. and all those who cared for Colm during his illness including Dr. Os Guirguis (GP).
