O’Connell (Ovens & Mitchelstown & Cork City) On November 3rd, 2021, unexpectedly, COLM O’Connell (ex 103 FM), “Beechmount House”, Srelane, Ovens and formerly of Mitchelstown and Farranree, Cork City. Beloved husband of Peg (nee Murphy) and devoted father of Wesley. Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, brother Brían, sister Una (Crowe), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Requiem Mass on Monday (8th November) at 12 noon at the Church of St. John the Baptist, Ovens which will be live streamed on https://www.churchservices.tv/ovens followed by cremation at 2 p.m. which will be live streamed on https://www.islandcrematorium.ie/services/.
