The death has occurred of
Con Hickey
The death has taken place of Con Hickey, Dromahane (Vintner Hickey's Bar), who passed away peacefully on July 24th 2024 at Mallow General Hospital, beloved husband of the late Breeda, loving dad of Eileen and Sean, brother of the recently deceased Donie and brother-in-law of the late Mikey John Dinneen.
Sadly missed by his loving family, sister Finola (Melbourne), son-in-law Pat (Horgan), daughter-in-law Sharon (Goggin), devoted Grandad Connie of Ronan, Stephen, Avril, Brendan, Zelda, Sheena and Jenna, sisters-in-law Imelda and Kay, kind neighbours, customers, lifetime friends John Caulfield and Martin Dennehy and his carers Ann, Nuala and Jenny.
May He Rest In Peace.
Lying in repose at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Friday (July 26th) from 5.30pm with Prayers at 7pm followed by Removal to St. Peter the Apostle Church, Dromahane.
Requiem Mass on Saturday (July 27th) at 11.30am.
Funeral afterwards to St. John's Cemetery, Glantane.
Con's family would like to thank Dr. Kiely and all the Staff of St. Joseph's Ward at Mallow General Hospital and the Doctors and Staff o Mallow Primary Healthcare for their kindness and care of Con.
