The death has occurred of
Con Hourigan
On April 15th, 2026, peacefully, in the tender and loving care of the staff of Bridhaven Nursing Home, Mallow, Con, formerly of Newmarket and Ballyclough, beloved husband of the late Sophie (nee Thornton), loving father of Ken and John, cherished grandfather of Paddy, Maeve, Eoghan and Katie, brother of the late Christy and Joe.
Sadly missed by his loving sons and family, his brother Kevin, sister Julia Davenport, daughters-in-law Tina and Liz, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing in Grace's Funeral Home, Kanturk (P51 WDX8) on Thursday, beginning with prayers at 5.30 pm, followed by removal at 7 pm to St. Mary's Church, Newmarket. Requiem mass in St Mary's Church, Newmarket on Friday at 2 pm, funeral afterwards to Clonfert Cemetery.
