The death has occurred of Con McGowan, Dromore West, Co. Sligo, peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Deeply regretted by his sisters Angela, Bernie, Kathleen and Mary, brothers Gerald, Kevin and Raymond, his Uncle Leo, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Sweeney’s Funeral Home, Dromore West on Wednesday evening from 5pm with removal at 6.30pm to Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Dromore West. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 noon with burial afterward in Churchill Cemetery. Due to Government and HSE guidelines, the Funeral Mass will be for family & friends (50 people). Mass can be viewed on churchtv.ie/dromorewest/. Anyone wishing to offer their sympathies to the family can leave a message by clicking on the “Condolences” link below.
