Con Power (Journalist, late of Irish Press, Irish Times and Irish Independent), Oaklawn Close, Leixlip, Co. Kildare, November 28th 2024. Peacefully, at Connolly Hospital after a short illness. Beloved husband and best friend to his devoted Arlene, loving father to Karina, David and Alan, adored Papa to Harry, Sara, Emily, Laura, Renee, Jack, Eliza, Juliet and Mary-Kate, father-in-law to John, Cara and Ann-Marie. Sadly missed by his family, relatives, neighbours, former work colleagues and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Leinster St., Maynooth (W23 V99E) on Monday from 5pm - 7:30pm with evening prayers at 7pm. Removal from Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home on Tuesday at approx. 10:30am to arrive at the Church of Our Lady's Nativity, Leixlip for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Confey Cemetery. Those who are unable to attend the funeral, please leave a personal message for the family in the condolences section below.
