Lynda... 17 years ago I found you, and after travelling down from Belfast for our time together of a few hours, I left in a rage!!!

I was not expecting that!

It was one of the few times, at that point in my life, where anger had come up, and you'd given me the gift of giving me such a poke, I'd ultimately permission to allow myself to fully FEEL it! Of course, it took me a while for the recognition that your holding space for me in that way was your gift (on that occasion) to settle in :)

You clearly made an impact. In the years since, I kept making the pilgrimage down to see you.

Being with me, in my most vulnerable moments, giving me a safe haven to process & reflect with some granny/wise guidance... delighted by your beautiful garden, was a real honour.

You spoke frankly sometimes, sharing some uncomfortable truths. You inspired action with your love. You shared your own stories of vulnerability to relate, to connect, to make the difference. And you definitely made a difference in my life - thank you.

I felt you shared a message of hope & of empowerment... to know connection, to express & to know thyself.

I am sincerely grateful for having the pleasure of sharing the company & love of such a wonderful, colourful soul.

You are a beautiful being of light, now back with the light.

I love you. Thank you.

My sincere condolences to Richard, Dylan & family & all Lynda's great friends. She is with you in many ways, and will surely be missed.

With love

Deepest Sympathy to Richard, Dylan and Family on the passing of Lynda
Lynda was pure magic, I remember at such a young age being completely enamoured by her presence, something I had never encountered before. Lynda taught me the gift of reading and being completely engrossed in a piece of literature. Lynda gave me my first ever book, the Krishna. To this day, it is my most treasured book. Lynda, like that book and her beautiful wild garden, was so colourful, wise, detailed and inspiring. My most deepest and soulful condolences to Richard, Dylan and family.

Sincere condolences to Richard, Dylan and all the family.
I was saddened to hear of Lyndas passing. She was so extravagantly gifted with an audacious command of language(s), where at times her words 'took flight and soared' into picturing places previously unimaginable. And then, she would talk about the space and the silence between the words! it was simply a breath-taking, transcendent experience.

The journey she graciously invited me on was a somewhat anarchic one, where she turned my conditioned comforting beliefs 'upside- down', 'inside- out' and 'back- to- front ' frequently with a mischievous humour. But the goal was always her cherished 'freedom ' and sitting here to day that is what i feel when remembering gratefully, the unorthodox, the compassionate, the generous and the liberating human being of Lynda.

Heartfelt condolences to Richard, Dylan, Beth Max and Elaine for their loss. I also wish to thank them, for so selflessly and generously sharing Lynda; in particular Richard who 'is a man like no other'. ....to quote Lynda!.

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of your beloved Lynda. I sat beside her in Italian class and she was a very special lady. She was incredibly smart and had a great aptitude for the Italian language, a total natural. Although I did not have the time to get to know her well, she made a great impression , and I feel deeply saddened that I will not have the opportunity to sit with her again. However, I pray that she is in a beautiful place now surrounded by Angels.

Deepest sympathies to Richard and Dylan. Lynda, a beautiful woman who fizzed with energy. When you had a chat with Lynda she had 57 words for your three and they would dance around her sentences like word pixies and always make you laugh, and thanks Lynda for leaving the Silk Cuts in the kitchen when you went off for a walk, knowing well they would be gone when you came back. A true original, rest in peace. Barry.
