Sincere sympathies to all Pat's family and everyone who loved him. I played music with Pat many years ago in Dunshaughlin and only heard the news of his untimely passing this afternoon. He was a fabulous singer, so gifted with a wonderful selection of songs. We knew it'd be a good night when Pat came through the door with his guitar. May Pat's gentle soul rest in peace.
I have just heard that Pat died. He entertained my mother in Mount Hybla where he provided music to the residents including his late mother Kitty. A lovely man who took the time to get to know them all and sing to them songs from their youth and Home Counties, in my mother’s case, Donegal. He has now joined the heavenly choir. Rest easy Pat.
We are sad to learn of the passing of Pat. A lovely man with a great sense of humour. Our sympathy to all the family. Rest in peace Pat.
Deepest sympathies to Angie, Daughters and their families.
I met Pat and Angie on my first and only trip to Ireland in 2016. They were very gracious hosts to a dinner and pub visit where I had the pleasure of seeing Pat's musical gifts first hand. I saw them again in Los Angeles in 2019 . Pat was a kind, joyful, and talented man who will be greatly missed. Aloha, Pat.

Our sincerest condolences to Angie, the girls and the extended Good family on the very sad passing of their beloved Pat. There is little I can add to the many wonderful tributes that have already been paid to him by so many before me. It says it all of the man who touched so many of us with his wit, music, song and friendship. He appeared to know everyone, from Michael D in the Arás to the lads exercising the greyhounds on the banks of the Royal Canal and was loved by everyone who crossed his path. We shared a mutual love for our roots in Dublin 7 and he was often fondly referred to as The Bard of Stoneybatter. I will sadly miss encountering Angie and Pat on their daily walks along the banks of the canal. Seeing them both approach in the distance I braced myself for the daily gems of wit and wisdom. Pat you were a lovable rogue and you will be so sadly missed by so many us. May you rest in peace my dear friend.
To Angie and family i am very saddened to hear the news about Pat's passing. My sympathies to you all.

I played many a session with Pat and Gerry, in pubs and houses all over Dublin and beyond. Pat was always welcoming to newcomers, and always had the encouraging word for whatever venture you were beginning. He could trip you up with his puns, and have you in bits, with his endless wit and stories.

Sincerest condolences to the Good family on the death of Pat. He was one of the most talented and funny people it was my pleasure to know since childhood. I first encountered him in Aughrim St. scouts sometime in the 1950's and later in the athletic world when he was a member of Donore Harriers. He'll be sadly missed in The Cobblestone, The Teachers' Club and everywhere else he graced with his presence and wit. RIP Pat!
Sincere condolences Angie and family on the sad passing of Pat , a kind and gentle man with a caring soft smile, great memories.. rest in peace Pat
Heartfelt condolences to Angie and all the Good family on the passing of Pat, a wonderful man of talent who will be greatly missed. May he Rest in Peace.
I joined a team of four postal messengers in Guinness at 15 years. Pat was one of the four.To say he was the personification of talent would be an understatement. A master at puns, a brilliant mimic and impersonator, bought a banjo at 16 when he couldn't play it ,but mastered it in jig time. Teamed up with Gerry Lawes and played sessions in their late teens. All this while we were doing a days work. Every day with Pat was entertaining making the workplace something to look forward to. Sincere sympathy to all his family.
