A man that everyone wanted on their team regardless what the task as the job would be done. A worker not a shouter. The consummate professional and a hugely decent human being. RIP .

Mal was an early role model in my career with the 2nd Regiment, an inspirational and positive influence not just to me but everyone he encountered, needed advice or help he was always there. He will be sadly missed. My deepest condolences go out to his family and many friends. R.I.P. Mal.
