My dear old friend, Rest In Peace.
I offer my sincerest condolences to your family, your wife Ann and your daughters Aoife and Aimee. And to your mam and brothers Niall, John Paul and Eoin. Myself and Adrian grew up together and were in the same class in primary and secondary school but regretfully went our separate ways. I hadn't seen him since the early 90s. He was a great friend and a true gentleman. He will forever be in my thoughts.

Just want to echo all the messages from those of us in Pembroke Wood who were lucky enough to have Adrian as our postman for so long. He went above and beyond to be a true community service and friend to all. He was always good-humoured, helpful and discreet - and always had time for a chat. I'm glad to see that he was so universally appreciated; he is certainly much missed.

Deepest sympathies to Adrian’s family and friends on his sad passing. I have fond memories of playing soccer with Adrian for Fairview and meeting him again on his way to winning the league with the Postal Workers team. Always a gentleman on and off the pitch. May he rest in peace.

My sincere sympathies to Adrian's family on his passing. Adrian was the kind of postman that everyone would wish to have. He was always in great form and would go out of his way to help you. He was much appreciated by the residents in Pembroke Woods, Passage West. For many years a local dog would wait for Adrian every morning without exception near the front of the estate and the two of them would do the postal round together. RIP Adrian.

My condolences to Adrian’s family and friends on his sad passing. We got to know Adrian from Pembroke woods where he went above and beyond his job many a time for us. And something I will always remember was the day our little dog was missing in the estate and Adrian said to me he would help look, while delivering letters at the same time. I looked down the estate at one stage and there he was looking over fences searching for the dog. What a gent, rest in peace.

He was our Postman in Pembroke Woods, and he was always in such great form, we used to have great 'ol chats.

We especially remember when Marco's Father passed away and Adrian asked if we'd been abroad, and Marco told him, in sympathy he took off his hat, put it to his chest and said how sorry he was. He was an absolute gent.
