I am shocked and saddened to hear of Aedin’s passing. Sincere condolences to her partner Tom, her mam and all of Aedin’s family. Aedin was a rare gem, kind, selfless and always cheerful whom I will remember with great affection always.

Sincere sympathies to Tom and Aedin's family and friends on the tragic passing of Aedin from among us. I never worked with Aedin in the same business unit but our paths crossed many times when I sought Aedin's input to issues that crossed our respective areas and Aedin was extremely helpful and diligent in her advices, which she always conveyed with good cheer. She was also great company at Department social gatherings. I know the Department's loss is nothing compared to Tom and Aedin's family but that loss will be felt by us all in DETE.

My sincere condolences to Aedín's family, and to her friends. I worked with Aedín a few times over the last two years, and she was an absolute pleasure to chat to. She will be missed greatly.

Dearest auntie Annie and family. My heart breaks for you all. So much loss. Aedin was so lovely and kind. Whenever I came home she would take the time to see me. My regret is that Covid stopped me from coming over the last couple of years so I haven’t seen her for a good while now. But I know for sure we’ll meet again and she’ll be healthy and happy. Sending loads of love to my sweet auntie Annie and all my Doyle cousins and family.

Sincerest sympathies on the very sad recent loss of Aedín and that of Conleth some months ago. This leaves such a huge gap in your lives. My mother Marie sends you much love and support especially to your wonderful mother. From 1972 to 1976 we were your neighbours in Belview bungalow Balgriffin and our childhood was immeasurably enriched by our friendship with the lovely Doyle family - so many adventures in the valley, climbing trees, mock battles, acquiring apples and roaming Belcamp and the idyllic countryside around. We (older brother David sister Fiona and newly born Ellen) loved you guys. You were like a second family, large and exciting to play with, right beside us. You will always have a place in our hearts. Wishing you all strength and love at this difficult time and cherish your lovely memories.

Truly heartbroken at the tragic loss of Aedin. It was a privilege to have worked with her from the day I started in the services. I've known Aedin all my life and remember her always smiling listening to someone's story and having something positive to add to the conversation
