May she now rest in peace. Our sympathies to all the family. Aedines' visits to our mother Una were appreciated and they kept us up to date in later years with stories of our cousins and their families. Our memories in Derrynane are of her Morris Minor and search for Truffles.
So sad to hear of the passing of Aedine, sincere condolences to all her family. We have nothing but fond memories and feel blessed to have known such a beautiful person for many years here at Treesdale. May she RIP.
Our sincerest sympathy to all the family on the passing of Aedine. She stayed with us on a number of occasions here in Tralee from where we would venture out together on ‘Tours of the County’. It was a pleasure to take her to locations she might not have otherwise seen as she was always alert and interested in her surrounds whatever that might be.
She imparted one piece of advice with emphasis “Don’t go foraging for all types of fungi to eat ! There are too many dangerous varieties which might leave you very ill.”
We have always heeded her warning and passed it on to many others. We will remember her fondly.
