My sincerest sympathies to the Ashcroft and Slyne family. I knew Agnes from recent times in Haven Bay Care Home. I play the piano for the residents from time to time and I remember Agnes very well. She was a lovely lady and we always had a few words. I did miss her over the last couple of weeks so was very sad to hear about her recent passing.

You may not remember what someone said or did but you always remember how they made you feel. I always felt her warmth, calmness and kindness.

Thinking of you during this difficult time. May Agnes rest in peace.

I enjoyed chatting to Agnes when I visited my late sister who spent over 12 months in Haven Bay. Agnes loved sitting out in the garden when the weather was good.She always wore her sun hat and was happy out reading a paper or magazine.
