Aidan Browne

I am truly saddened and shocked to hear of Aidan’s tragic passing and my thoughts and condolences are with all his family.
I had the pleasure of working with Aidan from 2014 and he was always wonderful company and a man of true integrity. The last time I saw him was in early March when we went for a meal and a drinks in Wexford to celebrate my 50th and I am finding it very difficult to comprehend his loss. A fine man who will be sadly missed by so many.

It is so difficult to find words to express my sorrow. I met Aidan through my friendship with Niamh and Aedin, many years ago. One memory that stands above others occurred during the afters celebration at Niamh and Kristian's wedding. I was sitting with a group of people as Aidan regaled us with an absolutely hilarious account of something that happened during a trip he took. I can't recall all of it, except that a souvenir spear and some security people were involved..... I laughed so hard my ribs ached, and my face hurt for hours afterward. I have other memories of him that I will cherish. He was truly a lovely young man, and I know he will be missed terribly by his wife Aedin and the children he adored, along with so many others. We don't know why God called him home, but Aidan will live in our hearts now, he will never grow old and infirm, but will remain young for all time. May God bless you and keep you, may you find the strength to bear this burden....
