It was with profound sadness that I heard of Aideen's passing. I had the great fortune to know Aideen as both colleague and friend during her time as a member of staff at Rampark N.S. She was an inspiring and selfless teacher who worked tirelessly for the all the children in her care. Her boundless good humour and thoughtfulness brought joy to those who knew her.
My deep and sincere condolences to the extended Curran family on the loss of Aideen. May she be reunited with her Mark and rest now in eternal peace.

Sincere sympathy to the Worner and Curran families. It was a privelege to have had Aideen as a member of staff in Dulargy NS for a number of years. Aideen was a true professional and was away ahead of her time in introducing support programmes for children in her role as SEN teacher. Her contributions were immeasurable and all her dealings with pupils, staff and parents were delivered with grace, kindness and sincerity. I worked with Aideen many years ago when she was teaching in Loughmourne. She was a friendly, kind lady and she always spoke so fondly about living in the Wirral.
