Condolences Shane, Muriel and Aideen's extended family on her sad passing. We shared many a good time in RTE and beyond for over fifty years, with the odd holiday thrown in and Aideen was always central to that. We've missed her from the TV Sales group for the last few years, she was always good fun with her quirky sense of humour and unusual slant on life. She'll be sadly missed.

I am so very sorry to hear of Aideen's death. I'll remember our movie going, summer swims and many outings with great fondness. Deepest sympathy to Shane, to Muriel and to all her other relatives. Rest in Peace dear Aideen.

As my Godmother, Aideen attended all the big events in my life and I was delighted to have her there. As a great friend to my parents, she became part of our extended family. I have many lovely memories of Aideen over the years not least of which were the reactions I'd get from her when I teased her about one thing or another. She never took herself too seriously and that made for a lasting friendship. I will miss her. May she rest in peace.
