Deepest sympathy to Áine's family, she was great friend and neighbour of our late mother, Rosaleen.

Someone so special as Aine will never be forgotten. She led an exemplary life, and has left an archive of happy memories.
May she rest eternally.

Mary, Madeline, and all the family. My sincere sympathy on the death of Aine. She was such a lovely lady and was so hospitable to her neighbours in Sandycove. I have fond memories of long chats with her, and Lily. An era of elegance has come to an end. May her gentle soul rest in peace.
So sorry to hear of the death of Aine she would have always been very welcome to her aunt Minnie's our Granny's in Newry. May she rest in peace. Mary, Kathleen, Ann and Rita (nee Reilly)
Dear Madeline, Mary and extended family, we are saddened to hear of Aine’s passing. Sorry very sad to learn of the passing of Aunty Aine, a true lady. I don’t think I will ever eat Rice Krispie Mars cake or see cream soda without thinking of her. Rest in peace, we will miss you dearly. Michelle, Rob, Lea and Ben Moore

With great sadness we heard of the passing of our Aunt Aine. A great Lady indeed. May she Rest in Peace.
So sorry to hear that Aunty Áine had died. She was a wonderful lady - we have such wonderful memories of spending time with her in Sandycove and with her twin Lily in Cavan. Áine always had a lemon drizzle cake in a tin ready for visitors. She is the last of the Sands family that came to Dublin from Newry. She is now back in the circle of her family and of course reunited with her Declan. Rest in peace Aunty Áine. We miss you and will always remember your smile.
