So, so sorry to hear of your very sad loss in your mum’s passing. ‘Mrs Murphy’ I recall, was so full of energy, laughter and always had a kind word for ‘the triplets’ along with your dad Ray

They are together now and hopefully that will give you some comfort along with very fond memories.

We loved her sense of fun and boundless energy and we will really miss visiting her whenever we are home. Only at Easter we were talking about how much we both loved the sound of the old Ballycotton fog horn - thanks to your Mum I spent many of my childhood holidays in Garryvoe. We got to know Aine when our mother, Maura O'Donoghue, moved to Douglas nursing home and the two became best buddies sharing their love for chat, Bridge and looking their best. All our family came to know and love Aine and we are saddened at her death and will miss her every time we visit mum. She was a lovely, lovely woman and our sympathies go out to all her family and friends.

So sorry Des & Ken for your loss. Thinking about you all during this time ….

Over the years I have had such fun with Aine and Raymond, when I went to London first they came to stay with us and we had a super time. I cannot ever forget the kindness Aine had for my mother and she regularly called her and ensured that she came to bridge.
