I was very sad to hear of Alans passing. I didn't know him well by any means but he was always very kind to me in the interactions we had. A good man.

So sorry to hear about the sad passing of Alan. I am staff in the Mater ED and never worked directly with him, but when i was a patient myself on Gabriel's ward a while back i got to know him when he brought me to and from theatre. What a lovely man he was. He popped his head in every morning to say hello and ask if i needed anything. Thinking of his family at this sad time. RIP Alan
