Alan Kelly

I was saddened to hear of Alan's death. I remember him very well from our schooldays in the Bish. He was a very gentle and good humoured person. My sympathy to his family. May he rest in peace.

One of lifes true gentlemen he lived a quiet life free of fuss or fanfare. A lover of old Galway, especially McDonoghs Fertilisers where he worked all his working life. He really enjoyed recalling those days and the characters he worked with and the customers that he tended to down the years.
