Our sincere sympathies to Nicola, Lisa, and Laura and the extended family on the passing of Ali. He will be greatly missed. I have wonderful memories of time spent with him on sailing adventures and social events. He was always jovial, considerate and generous. He made an enormous contribution to Irish sailing and especially to modernizing training. He was very helpful to me when I followed him onto the board of the ISA. We are abroad so unfortunately will miss his funeral. May he Rest In Peace.
