Alan O'Brien

My sincere sympathies to the O’Brien family on Alan’s passing. He was always extremely professional and helpful to me and I always appreciated him. May he rest in peace.

I was so sorry and sad to hear this news. Dearest Sharon, Ella, Molly and all of Alan's family, my thoughts and prayers are with you as this time. I have so many fond memories of our early days in Area Aid where I had the pleasure of spending many a day (and night) with Sharon and Alan. It was there the love affair started and blossomed. Alan always had a smile on his face and was always scheming for some craic. He was a genuine guy and will be sorely missed by all his family and friends. Heartfelt sympathies to you Sharon, Ella and Molly on the loss of your lovely husband and Dad. May Alan rest in peace.

Alan was a great help to me when I started in Area Aid in Hume House many moons ago and he was a pleasure to get to know. There were many happy moments in Hume House with Alan about, and I will always remember those days with fondness. May Alan rest in peace.

He was always willing to help where he could and would do so with a smile on his face. He had a great sense of humour and he was the friendly face you loved to see in the office .
