I knew Alan from his early day of taxi and always a gentleman never let me down would have a great laugh on way home i always give a hard time over his photo on his id card.. he would say to me when I'd get it the car .... don't start Jimmy... rest in peace.. friend.

Very sad to hear of Alan’s passing , not only was he a work colleague he was a friend .A straight talking no nonsense man with a heart of gold that loved his children and his family and someone you could always depend on . Dear Caroline and Reid Family,

We first met Alan when our mam June was admitted to St Francis Hospice. Alan and his beautiful family welcomed our mam and our family. We spent many a night and day chatting and getting to know this wonderful family who shared so much in common with ourselves. We are thinking of Alan and those who Alan loved dearly. We will hold Alan’s memories with us and hope his loved ones can find peace in the beautiful memories and moments they shared.
