Dear Ruth, Wendy, Jaime and all the Thompson extended family: I was so very sorry to hear of Alan's passing on Thursday. I grieve with you. He was a wonderful nephew to my dear Sam and me, and kept in touch with me over here across the pond on a regular basis, visiting us also on two different occasions, along with Ruth (and Wendy too). He was such a loving caring person and so very proud of his little grandson Jaime. So sorry he had to suffer from the dreaded "C". My deepest sympathy to you all. He will be sorely missed. I plan to tune in on Monday to watch the service, and will be with you there in spirit. May his memory be a blessing to you all. xx
