Condolences to you and the family on the death of your Dad. You were a wonderful son to Christopher, all those trips down to Tipp and staying nearby to Silverfort. They were fun times. You have memories but a huge void will be left in your life. Shane was here this evening so filled me in with the funeral proceedings. So sorry I couldn't make it. Lots of love, Emma

Sorry for your loss .Killusty pony show on a grey dull day shone with purple glimmers , when his voice rang out over the mic.He knew how to have the craic .I remember his jolly laugh when he went for a chat to my Aunts pub in Killusty.
Condolences to the horseman family
It was with sasness that I read about the death of Christopher Horsman, a colourful, larger than life presence in the Fethard of my youth. Affectionally known for his deep pile burgundy corduroy trousers, worn to become bare, pale pink shorts, his Fethard to Fethard walk, and as the voice of the Kilusty Pony Show. A customer in our newsagent's shop I remember many lively discussions with my father, including him proudly showing off his purchase of a 100% casmere sports jacket bought for 50p in the local charity shop. An oft repeated quote, when corrected by Dad after confusing me with my sister, he loudly declared "by jove Tony, you stamp your stock well" .

Christopher had a long association with the show down through the years. For many years, he was the voice behind the public address and kept everyone up to date with results and announcments. He will be fondly remembered by all the committe and all who attended the show.
