My condolences to the Mannion Family on the passing of Albert. When I moved to New York in 1993, I meet Albert in the Bronx. He allow me to stay with him. For the next almost 5 years we created some great memories. Some came to mind after my Dad text me about his death. Our visits to the St Patrick’s Day parades, our trip to see the ball drop on New Year’s Eve one year. Our visit to my uncle, Fr John, in New Jersey one weekend. Playing golf with him. This came easy for. Albert from his sporting background. Finally, going to watch our Offaly during the 90’s win the All Ireland were always special. A full day out parting. Again my condolences to the Mannion family and to Albert, thank you for great memories and may you rest in peace
