It's TWO MONTHS ALREADY since you left us but I still can't believe it nor accept it..
A gentle,fun loving,teddy bear of a man..
A man with great loyalty,credibility and everything else that it takes to be a REAL MAN..
To think I cannot speak with you again either in person or on the phone is the harsh reality of it..
Alex always spoke so well of his two sons Graham and Sandy and held them in such high regard..
Youghal strand was another one of Alex's great loves..
To stroll along with Elmo alongside him..
It simply doesn't bear thinking you're no longer here for everyone of us that loved you and appreciated you as selfish as that is..
Your trials and tribulations o this earth are over..
Ours continue..

Sandy, I’m so sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. I met him when I moved to Monkstown first, a million years ago. Attempting to renovate the house myself meant frequent and very uninformed trips to Cork Builders Providers. I met your dad there and he was always so cheerful and helpful to me. I never forgot him for it. It was only years later that I made the connection 🥰
