Sincere sympathy to Val and all the Wright family. It was a pleasure to work with Alex for many years. He was a lovely man... a loyal colleague. More recently I so enjoyed his company with our fellow retirees each time we gathered. We will certainly miss him but he will not be forgotten. Peggy and I are thinking of you all.

It is with deep sadness I have learnt of Alex's passing. I knew Alex for nearly 70 years and I will very much miss his friendship and kindness. Deepest sympathy to Valerie and family - you are in our thoughts and prayers.
