Dear Alexander, you were a very special friend and brother-in-law. Your laugh always filled the room. You had a gift to say the right thing at the right time. You lived in the moment and that is very inspiring. Sometimes mischief but always with a big kind heart. Watching you at quiet moments was just amazing. How you could breath in and listen to the silence as if the world stopped spinning for a moment. But I will always remember you for your giggling, your laughter and your signature dance. Dancing nicely through the times to come. Dance on, Alexander.

I was overwhelmed by the support from the family, friends, neighbours and the school of Alexander. It made me realise how special he was and how he touched a lot of lives. Thank you all from our whole family

He was one of a kind, always lit up the room with his unique presence. He was always happy when he saw people laughing and was upset when others cried, that's why I will alway be happy when I think about him.

He thought me to enjoy life and live in the moment, not to be worried about the past or future. Have fun, be kind and enjoy life

His passing was a lesson to me to me to spend more time with the ones I love, if I could offer anyone any advice it would be to hug your parents,siblings, partners and friends and tell them you love them everyday

You loved this song and it is so appropriate for you beautiful soul. That line "may all your wishes come true" gave me chills so reminiscent of you at my wedding saying "may all your dreams come true" as you ran after me with Phoebe's bouquet. You will truly be missed and forever in our hearts. Your sweet caring nature left us a treasure throve of all sorts of memories and the funniest most unbelievable stories that will have us all laughing for years. You were definitely the spice of the family and left us so unexpectedly none of us were ready. It is hard for the eldest to say this to the youngest but i am so glad you were part of my family and you have truly thought me more than i could ever teach you, my sweet sibling. Til we meet again ❤️

As each day passes I miss you more. I miss the way you called me Mr Bean, I miss our weekly FaceTimes, I miss your magical laugh, I miss the way you would plonk yourself on my lap even when you grew bigger than me, I miss our dance sessions, I miss our spins and trips to McDonald’s, I miss the way you would tell me to turn up the music when one of your jams came on, I miss your charming compliments, I miss the way you called me Pheebs, I miss so much but equally feel blessed to have such a beautiful bank of memories. I feel so honoured that you are my brother and I will eternally cherish the special bond we shared.

You never ceased to put a smile on all of our faces, with your witty humour and ability to make light of every situation. Like when our granny passed and you came into the kitchen blaring ‘Shake ya ass’ and managed to get a room full of grieving crying people to erupt laughing.

Your love for music is so special, it had such a magical effect on you, sometimes it would completely relax you and other times it would make you instantly jump up and start shaking your hips, singing and dancing like ‘everybody’ was watching. You sure loved to entertain us all!

Life will never be the same without you, but we take comfort knowing we have the most special angel watching over us.

Alexander, my wonderful friend and (future) brother, you are undoubtedly the most inspiring person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Your laugh was the most magical sound and would instantly bring a smile to anyone's face. That sound will live on in our memories for eternity - each person being all the better for having had the pleasure of hearing it!

To be able to take even an ounce of your passion for life would be a blessing and thank you so much for touching the souls of all those who met you.

I will miss you very dearly but take comfort in the image of you dancing and singing among (and with) the stars - to the best collection of music known to this world!

Alexander was the sweetest and kindest boy I’ve ever met. Alexander brought so much love and happiness to lives of everyone around him. I’m going to run the New York City Marathon in honor of Alexander’s life and will think of him every step of the way. To my brother and my best friend, Alexander you were the most important person in my life and the person I loved so much. I am so glad we shared so many fun memories that I will hold close to my heart for the rest of my life.

From going on adventures our adventures outdoors, calling up to my house for movies or dancing or just driving around listening to music. You lived life to the beat of your own drum and you could entertain a whole room with your energy and charisma.

You didn’t need much in life except was to spend time with people who were kind and who you loved……..oh and DVDs and McDonalds. You have thought me so much throughout the years and I wouldn’t be the man I am today without you. So I raise my glass for a “Cheers”
