Sincere sympathy to Freda, Alastair, Jennifer, Paul, Cian & Siobhán on the loss of your beloved husband, dad and grandad. I am lucky to have lots of memories of chats with Lexie over the years. His knowledge was immense and he had the ability to talk about anything to anyone. He talents were vast and I will never forget being amazed at the "postman pat" van that he proudly made for Siobhán & Cian when they were small. Lexie was such a thoughtful person who always made sure to ask how we all were getting on in life and he will be missed and fondly remembered by us all. Rest in Peace Lexie

As a tribute I would like to paraphrase Leonard Cohen who I know Lexie admired as an artist. I will change one word and write as follows.
