Sincere condolences to all the Keogh family on the passing of Alice.
St killians avenue was such a special place to grow up in the eighties and Mrs keogh played a huge part in that, organising day trips away to skerries, cinema nights in their house and discos in their garage.
You will be remembered very fodly by everyone who knew you.

Alice was lovely neighbour, not just a neighbour but an icon on St Killian’s Avenue our little community.
In the early 80s she started a film club with VHS tapes and we would sprawl over living room watching the likes of Rocky 1, 2, and 3.
Then there were the garage discos with a record player and could company.
She kept giving. We had the summer project with trips to Skerries, trips to Glendalough, weekends with neighbours in the Wicklow mountains.
To top it all off we had a theatrical show every year, I think we drove her mad as we kept forgetting our lines as the performances drew closer. I also remember the sound of music where I was the butler on stage.
We also had a broadway like musical all practiced in her living room.
Alice was a very very special person who gave us precious memories.
Also in later years you were there for us after the passing of my mother and I was always given a warm welcome when returning home with my suitcase on Killians.

So so sorry to hear this sad news. Alice was more than a neighbour, she was my friend. There is a quiet emptiness at our dividing wall where we had many a chat. Alice was a giver, she offered more than sumptuous food and the BEST parties EVER but also support, wisdom, stories and laughs. Alice’s spirit will remain in the
Avenue she helped to shape. Thinking of you Christy, Christopher, John, Alan and extended Keogh and O’Neill families. Look after each other and remember you ALL surrounded Alice with so much Love and Care.
