Dear Ellen, we are so sad to hear of the loss of your dear mother. Bab Babs Delaney, as we always knew her, was such a big part of our young life in London. My mother and father always loved seeing you all and it always brought back to mum a feeling of being back home at the bridge. It was always lovely for her to talk again about the life they had in Ballyvera and Lodge before they all went to England. Please accept our deepest sympathy at this time. Heartfelt sympathy to Ellen and the Delaney families on the sad passing of Bab Bab. I have great memories of her visits during the summer holidays for many years. She was always interested in keeping up with the community she came from.
